To begin using your Trezor device, first, visit trezor.io/start. This site provides step-by-step instructions for setting up your hardware wallet.
Plug your Trezor device into your computer using the provided USB cable. Ensure you are using a reliable port to avoid connection issues. Once connected, your device will initialize, and you'll see a prompt on the screen indicating that it’s ready for setup.
The next step is to install Trezor Suite, the software required to manage your Trezor device. Click on the download link provided on the trezor.io/start page. Follow the installation instructions specific to your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux). Trezor Suite is essential for configuring your device and managing your cryptocurrencies.
Open Trezor Suite and follow the on-screen instructions to initialize your device. This process includes creating a new wallet or recovering an existing one.
